We are a team of Consultants that work in various aspects of Public Safety and Emergency Management. Among us are Subject Matter Experts in Disaster Planning, Development of Municipal exercises, Emergency Management, Emergency Medical Operations, Medical Tactics, and Law Enforcement Tactical Operations.

Sarah earned her Master’s of Science in Public Safety, Homeland Security & Emergency Management from Southern Illinois University. She is currently the Emergency Management Coordinator for the City of Wheaton and the Village of Hoffman Estates. Sarah previously worked in EMS in the private-sector and was deployed to Hurricane Sandy in 2012 for Disaster Relief.

Shawn earned her Master’s of Science in Public Safety, Homeland Security & Emergency Management from Southern Illinois University. She is currently a Paramedic Officer with the Chicago Fire Department. Shawn completed Basic SWAT and promotes the concept of integration within EMS and law enforcement training. She utilizes her Lead Instructor I status to educate police officers all over the country, to promote the integration of medical tactics with law enforcement. Shawn is also a certified ALICE instructor.

Randall Olsberg is a retired 24 year veteran from the Wheeling Police Department. He served as a member of the country’s largest Multi Jurisdictional SWAT Team for 18 years in variety of capacities to include Assistant Entry Team Leader and Tactical Commander.
Randy is a well established instructor in various public safety subjects including SWAT tactics, Rapid Deployment Tactics for Active Shooter Incidents, Less Lethal and Firearm training. Randy has also contributed to the field as a published author through the ITOA Journal on various Law Enforcement topics.
