We are a team of Consultants that work in various aspects of Public Safety and Emergency Management. Among us are Subject Matter Experts in Disaster Planning, Development of Municipal exercises, Emergency Management, the Fire Service, Hazardous Materials, Emergency Medical Operations, Medical Tactics, and Law Enforcement Tactical Operations.

Sarah earned her Master of Science in Public Safety, Homeland Security & Emergency Management from Southern Illinois University. She is currently the Emergency Management Coordinator for the Village of Hanover Park and the Village of Hoffman Estates. Sarah previously worked in EMS in the private-sector and was deployed to Hurricane Sandy in 2012 for Disaster Relief.

Shawn earned her Master of Science in Public Safety, Homeland Security & Emergency Management from Southern Illinois University. She is currently a Paramedic Officer with the Chicago Fire Department. Shawn completed Basic SWAT and promotes the concept of integration within EMS and law enforcement training. She utilizes her Lead Instructor I status to educate police officers all over the country, to promote the integration of medical tactics with law enforcement. Shawn is also a certified ALICE instructor.

John Radzinski
John has extensive experience working with law enforcement, the fire service, hospitals, school administration and federal agencies. He is a Retired Deputy Fire Chief for the Itasca Fire Protection District and is currently working as the Emergency Preparedness Training Coordinator for Metra Commuter Rail. John has also held leadership roles within regional HazMat teams, Local Emergency Preparedness Committees, and event coordination.
